This project required the demolition of a 16-roomed detached bungalow and in its place, four new architecturally designed homes were built to an exceptionally high specification. The objective was to design stylish, bespoke, high quality family homes, which appealed to several different family demographics. Our aim is to create homes that feel comfortable but are economical to run with high EPC ratings, so we opted for timber frame and high-end glazing, achieving high levels of thermal efficiency. Our Focus was providing unique kitchens and bathrooms, with fully integrated low energy appliances with extensive storage space. Our Master en-suite won FMB Master Builder Award Winner – ‘Best Bathroom Project’ South West Region. One of our biggest challenges, yet biggest achievement was minimising our waste and recycling, the earth from our foundations contributed towards building a local golf course, we used only 6 skips throughout the build, which is unheard of on a scheme this size.
